School Children's Valentine's Day

Mari came to school with me on Friday the 13th

to be a part of my ADAD project with the theme of "Work".

What a day at work!

I received lots of love from my seven 2nd grade students!

And they are at the right age where I can pull out an 8 inch doll

and photograph away while chatting.

We had a fun little party with just the right amount of treats!

Valentine's Day

Who gave you these chocolate dipped strawberries? 

                  Are you seeing someone else?  Can I have one?                   

The chocolate dipped strawberries were from one of my

2nd grade girls. Yes, I have other little girls in my life!

Valentine Overload!

Really, this is way more than I can reasonably consume,

but I love that they thought of me and wanted to get me something,

and love is what Valentine's Day is about.

My latest "chocolate" arrived yesterday for my Valentine's

gift to myself. He is a little mohair bear by World of Miniature Bears

described as being chocolate in color.
